★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ما تستهلو ولا نجمة شركة الطيران ليس لديها إمكانية لتنظيم الرحلات اليوم من المفروض ان أقلع من جدة إلي برج العرب وبعد ٥ساعات انتظار بالمطار قالو لنا سوف نستلم الحقائب ونذهب بكم إلي فندق حتي يتم تحديد موعد الطائرة القادم نحن الآن في الفندق ولم يتواصل معنا أي أحد وعند التحدث لموظف فرع الرياض قال لي انها الساعه ١ وبعد ذلك موظف فرع جدة قال لي لايوجد لدى علم بالموضوع.
كيف الايوجد لديك علم بالموضوع انت موظف بشركة طياران وليس توكتوك استاذى هذة فوضى ويجب علي وزير الطيران المدني التدخل لحل تلك الفوضى وحل تلك الشركات التي تتاجر بأوقات الناس. عند تكرار الخطأ.
ليس بيدي أن أحجز علي تلك الشركة ولاكن شركة استقدام ساعد وهو كفيلي في المملكة هم من حجزوا لي عن طريق تلك الشركة رديئة المستوى سيئة السمعة .
يجب علي وزير الطيران المدني المصري فض تلك الشركات السيأة او ضمها لمصر للطيران .

How do you have no knowledge of the matter? You are an employee of a pilot company, not a tuktuk, sir. This is a mess, and the Minister of Civil Aviation must intervene to solve this chaos and solve those companies that trade in people's time. when the error is repeated.
It is not in my power to book this company, but the recruitment company Saed, who is my sponsor in the Kingdom, were the ones who booked me through this poor and notorious company.
The Egyptian Minister of Civil Aviation must dismiss these bad companies or include them in EgyptAir.
