★ ★ ★ ★ ★ النظافة في الفرع متدنية والدونات ليست في المستوى المعتاد عدا ان ثلاجة الدونات يوجد فيها حشرات صغيرة طائرة .. اعتقد انه اسوأ فرع لدانكن
 The cleanliness in the branch is poor and the donuts are not at the usual level except that the donut fridge has small flying insects in it.. I think it is the worst branch of Dunkin'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad branch the lights are broken or they didn’t turn it on, there are a lot of ads and offers for cold drinks but no cold drinks! The employee was rude and unprofessional with me, I asked for a double shot espresso but he didn't give me the cup cover and I asked him for a bigger cup so that the coffee wouldn't fall and he rudely tells me that he can't and the espresso cup doesn't have a cover, this is not the first time I order from Dunkin Dounuts and I wasn’t there to learn whether there is a cover or not I knew there is. Please discipline the employees in the branch to be more kind to customers. The first time I order from this branch at Jeddah airport and its the last.
