★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفون فيه محترمون والشقة جيدة لكن السرير قاس. والسلبية الكبيرة هي خطورة الحواجز الاسمنتية في أطراف مواقف السيارات حيث انها داخلة في الموقف وقد صدمتها من الجهة الجانبية وتأثرت سيارتي اللكزس مع الأسف وجاء نجم ولم يعوضوني بحجة ان هذا الشخص يمكن رؤيته واعترضت بلا فائدة وزرت بلدية الملز شاكيا فقالوا ان هذا من اختصاص هيئة تطوير الرياض وانا على قناعة تامة من جهة القضاء الشرعي ان الضمان على المتسبب بوضع هذا الحاج الأسمنت بدليل ان الحواجز الأربعة المشابهة له مصدومة ايضا وانا بصدد رفع دعوى نظامية بحول الله تعالى. إضافة على التعليق السابق: أن أعرف أن الهيئة الملكية لتطوير الرياض هي جهة الاختصاص. لكن للأسف رفضتم تزويدي بأي إفادة توضح والوضع الغلط لهذه الحواجر وكيف تعلم الهيئة الملكية بهذه الأضرار وأنتم ساكتون والحواجز الثلاثة من الأربعة مصدومة بشكل واضح والرابع محكوك وقد كلمت الموظفين عندكم بلا جدوى. المسئلة الآن هي الخطورة على الإنسان أيضا. وأزيدكم أن من تواصلت معهم من الجهات الرسمية ونجم يقرون بالمشكلة من وضع هذه الحواجز الداخلة في الموقف.حبذا أن تخاطبوا أنتم أيضا الهيئة الملكية فالمحافظة على الممتلكات وقبلها الأرواح واجب شرعي. تحياتي

لاحظت عدم توفر قنوات تلفزيونيه متعدده. غرفه وصاله ودورة مياه ب250 شامل الضريبه سعر ثابت لاكثر من مره سكنت فيه من 2018
