I was left standing on the ordering window while the weather is hot and the staff was busy staring at what his colleague is writing on their record notes and completely ignoring me. That happened after I was waiting in the heat for a group of customers who ordered cold drinks. I couldn’t wait any more. I just simply left and will never return. Unfortunately, I did not like the level of service.
