★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good my number came just 4 minutes later i sat and also the counter person took 2 mins to check on the system then he told me to wait for 5 minutes but he gave me the driving license renewed in 3 minutes. So total minutes waited their is approx 8 minutes and the work is done. Superb

Carry your original license or iqama.
Park in the open ground which is also the shuttle bus area. The office is located right after sceco building , 200metres walk from the parking. At the entrance you will have to show your appointment and tawakkalna. Once you enter take a waiting ticket ? from an old machine, sit down and wait for your turn. You will have to handover the appointment paper and ticket number at the counter. He will check your iqama and then you can go back and sit for approx five minutes. Someone will bring the printed card and call your name to collect it. Also note one of the employees who is not in uniform speaks good English in case you are a non Arabic speaker and have doubts. Nice visit.
