★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this salon a year ago and now looking at home much it has progressed and got more organized, I'm happy with the service compared to their prices, for the lashes ask for Nancy. She did amazing job for the permnant lashes.

Very long waiting!
A dull environment with a low-quality interior, Not organized, no management system.
The receptionist made the wrong receipt and said no refund just come back again but I don't want to come again and get my haircut here.
I would suggest all the non-Arabic speakers to NOT ? go here as none of them knows Arabic, and they ignore you big time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most horrible experience in my life. No customer service, no one is care. Expensive even to compare with Dubaiand I didn't get what I want.they let u wait long time, doing everything slowly, they doesn't know what they are doing, they said that can fix my extension but in real didn't do as I was asking. Not clean brushes not clean place, not comfortable chairs. Very noisy place. Advice to not go there if u are waiting for best and quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst salons in Riyadh; managers at night don’t know how to defuse bad situations. And they over work their employees to the point that their work quality is BAD. And don’t get me started with the costumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three hours for this. They don’t have the skin shade of the majority of people in this country. Customer service is even worse they told me to come again then only refused refund. What a waste of petrol and time.
