★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اكلهم طعم ومنوع بس حاجتين لازم ينتبهولها ١- دا الفرع مايفتح الصباح بدري ولا يردو عالرقم الموحد، ٢- ايام يلخبطو ويجيبو غير الوجبة الي طلبتها مثلا انا مااكل لحم الاقيهم جايبين وجبة لحم مااخترتها :)
 Their food is tasty and varied, but two needs that must be taken care of: 1- The branch does not open the morning my turn and does not respond to the standard number, 2- Days they mix and respond to something other than the meal that I requested. For example, I eat meat. I bring them a meat meal that I have chosen :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بعض الوجبات والسلطات لذيذة وبعضها يحتاج الى تحسين ،، الدجاج في بعض الوجبات مطبوخ بشكل عشوائي وغير مستوي بشكل جيد
الثلاجات تفتقر لتشكيله من الوجبات والسلطات المختلفة ، دائما هناك صنف الى ٣ اصناف فقط
ثلاجة العرض احيانا لا يوجد فيها حلويات .
بشكل عام جيد ونوصي بعمل تحسينات شامله لكل الوجبات
Some meals and salads are delicious and some need improvement, chicken in some meals is randomly cooked and not cooked well
Refrigerators lack a variety of meals and different salads, there is always only 3 items
The display fridge sometimes has no sweets.
In general, it is good and we recommend making comprehensive improvements to all meals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not used their service, but I've purchased diet food items from them. Their stock is very inconsistent, one day you'll find an item, and then won't find it again for a long time. Their employee is very unfriendly and gives you the impression that he doesn't want to serve/assist you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use the service it is not worth the headache. I signed up for a 2 week subscription with delivery. They said they only deliver in the mornings which don’t work for me since I will already be at work an hours away from any town. So they said I could go to the nearest shop to pick up my meals after 8pm. I was like ok that will work. I went to the shop at 8pm and there were no meals for me there. The guy behind counter was not very helpful at all and pretty much laughed about it. So I left and called the company today to ask for refund and was told it would take 72 hours for the cancellation and I would be charged for the meals up to that time. Which I am not getting the meals because their delivery is not working with my schedule. I am not wasting my time going to the shop again and dealing with the headache traffic To probably just be told my meals were not there again. I don’t understand how I can be charged for such poor service. I highly recommend to stay away from this company and the service they provide. It is not worth your time.

Deleivery late after 9:15
Missing days .. Time and energy consumption with disturbance to the program in order to get answers of their mistakes!!!
Horrible customer service through call Centre.. Need multiple calls and use treating tone to escalate to higher management in order for them to do their basic jobs!!!
