★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اليوم كان المفترض ان يفتح الفرع في التاسعة صباحا .... للاسف الساعة الان العاشرة و ام يفتح الفرع تواصلنا مع خدمة العملاء و لم تحل المشكلة .... و المضحك ان رقم الهاتف الموجود اونلاين مغلق و لا يرد عليك احد .... الخلاصة الخدمة سيئة جدا
Today, the branch was supposed to open at nine in the morning....Unfortunately, it is now ten or if the branch is open. We contacted customer service and the problem was not resolved.... The funny thing is that the phone number on the internet is closed and no one answers you.... Conclusion The service is very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the part of servise DHL is the best, but provided location via text massage was wrong in ABHA. So its a suggestion don't follow provided location. I spent 45 min to get location by local people.
