★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting one month for my package, I have called Custom Clearance and Customer support at least 20 times. I get a different message every time. If I have a choice I will never use DHL again. They tell me they will call back tomorrow or that I will get my package delivered tomorrow. Neither happened and I expect I will never get my package. If I could rate 0 star I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meant to pick up a shipment at 11. 12.40pm and still waiting.
Phone waiting is silent so you do not figure out it automatically cuts out for minutes after.
Hope delivery is better than pick up.
Lucky they do not have a zero rating.
Absolutely hopeless.

The receptionist was extremely polite to ALL customers (I mean regardless of who or where you come from, you get the same treatment) Too bad I forgot to ask for his name. The gentleman explained why he can’t help out but offered a solution that trying to contact the customer support hotline can be of big help - he was actually right because I just dropped by without notifying DHL prior to my visit.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Extremely helpful! The promptly answer you call and give you real-time updates! If they can offer a solution or alternative, believe me, they will!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third party didn't call after receiving my shipment. Didn't inform me and after that I call to customer service they didn't good reply to me. After 4 days I want to DHL wearohouse and then received self this shipment.
No good service.

Actually they deliver the shipments very fast especially international shipments.
You would have your shipment delivered usually in 2 days if it comes from europe or china.
And 1 day from dubai.
I rely on them to improve my business faster than dealing with any other shipping companies.
