★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No exaggeration, everyone who works in this company has a learning disability. I dread whenever I make an order and they say it’s delivered by this company. They expect u to follow up in ur shipment and ask for delivery and follow up. If not then kiss your shipments goodbye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no star deserve to this company. i was surprised when i came to know that this company is number 1 in delivering aspect but unfortunately this company doesn't deserve even one star. DHL sent me an appointment to pick up my package in my hospital later today from 1400-1600 dated June 23, 2022 however nobody contacted me or came to me regarding this shipment. the worst branch here in Taif City. you need to train your staff to behave and speak professionally and should know how to listen to the costumer especially true if that costumer is anxious and stress because of your poor service and poor costumer satisfaction.
