★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL doesn’t show responsibility and care for my recent shipment. They postponed my shipment from one day to the next day frim Thursday 17/02 until 20/02. Employees give me the impression that they are not having any motivation to meet the guest expectations at least and even when I told them that is urgent, they just lie and nothing happened
I was expecting my shipment since 17/02 and up today the courier service team of DHL was not able to delivery it in my home.
I am very disappointed from DHL and I will not use this company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will send minimum half KG, even your weight is 0.5Gram. Overall service is very good, parcel never missed and delivered on Time. Employees are very well knowledgable as well as well trained. Price is Bit High.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shipped my packages back to farfetch 2 was sent back and 2 were lost or stolen and no cooperation from the store or customers service very bad after service and i think the employees stole because they were coordinating item top and skirt that got lost magically
