★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really so bad experience since my reservation was confirmed. When I arrived the hotel the Receptionist said the room not available and I asked him to upgrade the room because most the hotels doing that. What he did were shame he cancel my reservation and he said that I recorded him in vedio and he call the police. I can't believe that was happened. فعلا موظف الاستقبال كان سئ بشكل لا يوصف اتهمني بالتصوير ورفع الصوت وكنسل الحجز المؤكد ويقول اني مسجل فيديو علشانى ابغى اقطع رزقه وكلم الشرطه والسالفه تطول لكن حسبي الله عليه ونعم الوكيل اقل شي اقدر اقوله
 It was really so bad experience since my reservation was confirmed. When I arrived the hotel the Receptionist said the room not available and I asked him to upgrade the room because most of the hotels doing that. What he did were shame he cancel my reservation and he said that I recorded him in vedio and he call the police. I can't believe that was happened. In fact, the receptionist was indescribably bad. He accused me of filming, raising the sound, and the descendant of the confirmed reservation. He says that I am a video recorder because I want to cut his livelihood and talk to the police and the above is long, but God suffices me for him and yes, the agent is the least I can say

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق فندقية حديثة، نظيفة وقريبة من مستشفى الحبيب الريان، أعجبتني التفاصيل البسيطة الملفتة جداً في الديكورات، أسلوب حلو ومبتكر يميزهم عن غيرهم من الفنادق.
الوحدات السكنية مزودة بجميع الخدمات؛ كالغسالة والثلاجة ومحضرة القهوة والمكواة وغيرها، حجمها مناسب ويوجد بها حمامين أعزكم الله، يوجد في اللوبي مقهى وتباع بعض الهدايا التذكارية، ومكان للقراءة، كما يوجد صالة للألعاب للكبار والصغار، ويوجد مسبح وصالة ألعاب كذلك في دور الباركنغ للكبار وللصغار.
الموظفين قمة في اللطف والأخلاق، أنصح بالحجز مباشرة من الفندق لأن السعر يفرق بكثير عن موقعهم وعن البوكنغ وغيره من التطبيقات.
أنصح بالتأكيد بالسكن هنا وسنكرر التجربة بإذن الله.
Modern hotel apartments, clean and close to Al Habib Al Rayyan Hospital, I liked the simple and very striking details in the decorations, a sweet and innovative style that distinguishes them from other hotels.
The housing units are equipped with all services; Such as the washing machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, etc. They are of suitable size and have two bathrooms, may God bless you. There is a cafe in the lobby and some souvenirs are sold, and a place to read. There is also a games hall for adults and children, and there is a swimming pool and a gym as well as in the car park for adults and children.
The staff are very kind and polite, I recommend booking directly from the hotel because the price differs much from their site and from booking and other applications.
I would definitely recommend staying here and we will repeat the experience, God willing.

موظفين الاستقبال و خدمة الغرف جدا لطيفين و تعاملها رائع
الخدمة سريعة ( فترة اقامتي كان مافي زحمة)
مافي مطعم فقط فطور، و ممكن طل الفطور في الغرفة الشخص ب ٤٠ ريال و كميته جيدة تكفي شخصين
مافي خدمة غسيل او كوي ملابس بحكم توفر كواية و غسالة، لكن الكواية جدا سيئة
الغرفة نظيفة جدا، الاضاءة ممتازة، جناح من غرفة وحدة فيه غرفة وصالة و حمامين
فيه طاولة طعام،
بالنسبة للمطبخ متوفر فيه اواني مختلفة(صحون، ملاعق، قدور و غيرها)، حتى صابون و شامبو اسفنجة متوفرة، ثلاجة، غسالة، ميكرويف، غلاية، توستر، لكن في مشكلة ريحة كريهة تطلع من المجلى
كمية الافياش قليلة جدا معظمهم نحتاج نستغنى عن شي عشان نستخدم الفيش
في مواقف مجانية، غرفة العاب للاطفال و ايضا للكبار، نادي، مسبح
مافي خدمات قريبة اغلبها تحتاج سيارة
اسعاره مرتفعة
ارجع له مرة ثانية ?

The service is fast (my stay was not crowded)
There is no restaurant, only breakfast, and it is possible to have breakfast in the room for a person for 40 riyals, and its quantity is good enough for two people
There is no washing or ironing service due to the availability of an iron and a washing machine, but the iron is very bad
The room is very clean, the lighting is excellent, a one-room suite has a room, a hall and two bathrooms
has a dining table,
As for the kitchen, there are different utensils (dishes, spoons, pots, etc.), even soap and shampoo, a sponge available, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, but there is a problem with an unpleasant smell coming out of the sink
The quantity of flashes is very small, most of them we need to dispense with something in order to use the flashes
In free parking, games room for children and also for adults, club, swimming pool
There are no nearby services, most of them need a car
Its prices are high

له طابع مختلف عن أي فندق ممكن تزوره ..
كل شيء جميل بأمانه الموقع والمواقف والمسبح والصاله الرياضيه وغرفة ألعاب واللوبي مرتب ..
يعيبه فقط وجود رائحة نتنه في الدور الأرضي ..
وهذي نقطة مهمه لأن العميل راح يأخذ انطباع أولي سيء بمجرد دخوله للفندق ..

Beautiful and very elegant hotel…
It has a different feel than any hotel you can visit..
Everything is beautiful honestly, the location, parking, swimming pool, gym, games room, and the lobby is tidy..
The only drawback is that there is a stench on the ground floor.
This is an important point because the customer will make a bad first impression as soon as he enters the hotel.
