★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السلام عليكم ، تم الاتصال بهم وزارني الفني المختص لعمل سقف قرميد للملحق الخارجي وتم الاتفاق على نوع محدد وهو الاسباني المعتق وبدون عوازل نظرا لأن سقف الملحق خرساني معزول . المهم أن التسعيرة الاولية بعد قياس المساحة غالية جدا مقارنة بمتوسط السوق وبنفس الجودة !! ما هو أحتمال ان يخطيء الفني ذو الخبرة الطويلة بالتسعيرة وتصل الى ضعف سعر السوق تقريبا !!؟؟ الحذر من التعامل معهم ثم الحذر من التقييمات الموجودة بالموقع والتي يبدو انها من اشخاص او جهات ذات علاقة بالمؤسسة ؟! والله على ما اقول شهيد وكفى بالله شهيدا .
