مليانه فيران وغير نظيفه والمطبخ متهالك والاثاث متهالك في مجلس الحريم وغير عن الرائحه السيئه تجربه لن تنعاد
ماقدرنا ناخذ راحتنا يبغالها صيانه ورش مبيد حشري للنامس والفيران وصيانه المسبح والله ما تستاهل حتى نجمه

قسم الرجال فيه جلسة خارجية و خيمة كبيرة و دورتين مياه و مقلط مشترك مع القسم الثاني
عيبها ما فيها مطبخ في القسم الرجالي

ووجود النخيل داخلها يبعث روح للمكان
سعرها مناسب جداً

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا جيتها قبل سنه وكانت سيئه وغير نظيفه .. وجيتها هذس الفتره بصراحه تغيرت كثيييير وتطورت وسعرها معقول جداً

- إيجارها في الإجازة ١٥٠٠ ريال، صحيح ليست قيمة عالية لكنها واااجد على مستواها.
- أثاثها الخارجي متهالك جدا (باستثناء المجالس)
- بعض حنفيات المغاسل ما تشتغل.
- دورات المياه ضربة حظ (رحت اشتري لهم شطافات)
- ظلااااام دامس عند المداخل وبالساحات الخارجية (الكبوس شكل بس .. ما تشتغل، واللي يشتغل منها يحتاج محاولات) ما تصلح للتقليط برى.
- النظافة العامة داخل وخارج الاستراحة ١ من ١٠ شي يفشششل.
- الحارس غير متواجد (ماخذ الاستراحة سكن ويشتغل برى)
- الزراعة بما فيها الثيل شبه منعدمة ومنتهية.
- الشلال متعطل.
- غالب الابواب الداخلية والخارجية مقفلة.. تحتاج تطر الحارس يجي يفتح لك باب باب.
- كان الغاز بالمطبخ مخلص.
- السجادات مهترئة (مشمسة جدا) تعدم الملابس.
الخلاصة: لا تصلح للمناسبات، حدها اجتماع عائلة واحدة مع اخذ الاحتياطات.
أرجو من مالك الاستراحة تخفيض سعر الايجار او ترميمها، والاهم توفير حارس وعامل نظافة يتواجد عند تأجير الاستراحة.

- Toilets are a stroke of luck.
- Darkness at the entrances and the outside courtyards (Al-Kbous is a form, but it does not work, and the one who works from it needs attempts).
- General hygiene inside and outside the lounge 1 of 10 Shi fails.
- The guard is not available (he is taking a break and is working on land)
Agriculture, including rice, is almost non-finished.
- The waterfall is broken.
Most internal and external doors are locked. You need to keep the guard open.
- The gas in the kitchen was sincere.
The rugs are worn out (very sunny).
Conclusion: not suitable for occasions, only one family meeting taking precautions.
I ask the owner of the break to reduce or restore the rental price, and more importantly, to provide a guard and a cleaner who will be there when renting the break.
