★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مستشفى ممتاز ونظيف لكن موظفات الاستقبال بحاجة للتدريب ما عدا وحدة الصراحة كانت أمينة في شغلها وطبيبة العيون في العيادة رقم ١ غير لبقة في التعامل ووجدت تعليقات تشتكي منها أيضا
 An excellent and clean hospital, but the reception staff needed training, except for the candor unit, she was honest at her job, and the ophthalmologist in Clinic No. 1 was impeccable in dealing with her and she found comments complaining about her as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ناس مجتهدين وتعامل ممتاز .. في كل المستشفيات يحصل تاخير واتوقع سبب الغضب ان الكراسي حديد وهي غير مريحه ، ما تقدر تجلس عليها خمس دقايق .. الدكتور العرفج جيد ولكن ما يشوف كل الحالات ماشاءالله مواعيده بالاسابيع، انصح اذا مشكلتك بسيطة تشوف طبيب ثاني بدال ما تنتظر . الدكتورة اسلام ممتازة حسب تجربتي في حشو العصب والاسنان .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اول شي من ناحية الاستقبال البنات بطيئات ونفسياتهم ماش ولايعطون الواحد اجابه موفيه اتمنى ادارة المستوصف ازالتهم وتوظيف كادر ذات جودة افضل ودقه وسرعه العمل
من ناحيه الاسعار فهي جداً مرتفعه الكشفيه ليه؟
ماكان الا الدكتور سيد دكتور اطفال محترم وتشخيص دقيق ويسمع للمريض لاكن اتصل واسال يقولون إجازه من زمان! عموماً هو طلع نهائي الله يذكره بالخير ??
اتمنى من إدارة المستوصف تحسين جودة الاستقبال وتوظيف كادر افضل ولا ترا بيقل المراجعين فيه + تحسين من الاسعار??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfactory !! Most super slow general physicians specially evening shift!! If much emergency I don’t recommended coz every second is most important on hospitals it’s not like waiting 1-2 hrs as supermarket queue to get service!!
