★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا ما ادري ليش حاطين رقم تواصل و ماحد يرد !!! معليش مافيه احترافية ابد و لما طقيت مشوار لهم الساعة ٦ و نص المغرب قالوا مافيه مواعيد اليوم فيه بكرة ! قلت طاقة مشوار قالت اللي في الاستقبال ليش مادقيتي حجزتي و انا لي يومين ادق في كل الاوقات ماحد يرد !! بالله هذه عيادة محترمة ماكانت كذا أبد و لا اللي في الاستقبال تكلم من طرف خشمها و تاكل و انا اكلمها مافيه احترام و لا ذوق و التلفون اسمعه يدق و حاطين صوته على اقصر درجة علشان ما يزعجهم و يدق قدامي و لا يردون !! و فيه دكتورة مصرية ما ابي اقول اسمها مالين المركز باسمها رحت لها قبل سنة تقول انها أخذت شهادة برا ما ادري ايش تمدح في مقشر و انه و انه و بمبلغ و قدره و الله ما تغير شيء و تطلع في بشرتك عيوب ما يشوفها غيرها

By God, this is a respectable clinic that has never been like this, nor did the person in the reception speak from the side of her nose and eat while I speak to her, there is no respect or taste, and the phone rings and I hear his voice as short as possible so that he does not disturb them and rings in front of me and they do not respond!! And there is an Egyptian doctor, I don’t want to say her name is Malin, the center, in her name. I went to her a year ago. She says that she took a certificate by land. I don’t know what she praises in a scrub, and that he and that and with an amount and his destiny, and by God nothing has changed and defects appear in your skin that no other sees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل سيء جداً من موظفي الاستقبال والدكتورة ايمان. ماهمهم المريض بقدر ماهمهم كيف يكسبون المال بأي طريقة حتى لو يكذبون علي المريض، لا في احترام للوقت ولا للمواعيد. وش الفرق بين اللي عنده موعد مراجعة واللي جاي انتظار؟ في العيادة اللي جاي انتظار يخش قبل اللي عنده موعد عشان راح يستفاد منه. بينما اللي عنده موعد مراجعة ينتظر الله لايهينه لأنه مجبور على الانتظار. ناهيكم عن عدم الرد على تحويلة المركز بحجة مافي موظفات او نصف الموظفات اجازة.
لذلك لا انصح بالتعامل مع المركز??.

Therefore, I do not recommend dealing with the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاستقبال محترمة والممرضة كذلك ، لكن الدكتورة المحترمة ايمان الخولي كل همها المادة واول ما شافت بشرتي جلست تتكلم عنها بتقلييييل و ان فيها عيوب كثيرة وان عندي بلاوي وكأنها اول مرة تشوف مثل بشرتي مع العلم ان بشرتي جيدة جدا ورحت لدكاترة كثير ولا مر علي مثلها وغصب تاخذين الادوية من الصيدلية وترجعين لي ولما قلتلها سعر الادوية ما يناسبني جلست تصارخ علي وتقولي مافيه شي اسمه السعر غالي هذي عيادة مو سوبر ماركت ؟؟؟؟؟ والصيدلي اللي جنبهم ملابسه متسخه و اسلوبه غير مهني كذلك واسعاره غالية جدا انصحكم ما تشترون منه

And the pharmacist next to them has dirty clothes and unprofessional style as well, and the prices are very high. I advise you what to buy from him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاستقبال زززززفت وتعاملهم سيء لابعد درجة ولا يستاهلون اي نجمة بس حطيتها عشان يطلع التعليق الموظفات غير لبقات و ينقصهم التهذيب والاحترام اذا تأخرتي شوي عن الموعد ربع ساعه كنسلو موعدك بكل برود ولا اخروك 3 ساعات وتكلمك بطريقه مستفزة ؟!؟!؟ عموما افضل ليزر عندهم صراحه يتاخر الشعر ما يطلع عكس المراكز الثانيه ، لكن اسعارهم تعتبر مرتفعه جدا والتشقير عندهم ممتاز

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا واهلي زباين لهم من ٦ سنين نتعامل معهم ... لكن اخر مره جيتهم تفاجات بسوء المعاملة!!!! الممرضات مايحطون البنج الا اذا دخلتي تسوين ليزر!! ويرفضون يحطون لك وقت انتظارك !! ماستفدنا شي من البنج الم مو طبيعي .. غير الاستقبال نفسية زباله .. والممرضات شغل خربوطي سريع سريع ولا يمررون الليزر على كل مكان ... للاسف انها بتكون اخرررر جلسة في هالمركز
My family and I have been customers for 6 years that we have been dealing with...but the last time I got them, they were surprised by the mistreatment!!!! The nurses do not apply anesthetic unless you go in for a laser treatment!! And they refuse to make you wait for the time!! We did not benefit from any of the anesthesia, the pain was not normal.. other than the reception, psychological junk.. and the nurses were a quick and fast job, and they did not pass the laser everywhere... Unfortunately, it will be the last session in this center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ راجعت عند الدكتور اماني الخولي لعلاج ثعلبة الدقن للأسف اكثر من شهرين بدون فايدة ولا نتائج .. والاستقبال تعاملهم بدون نفس يحتاجون تدريب .
