★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقه جميله ونظيفه لكن لا يوجد شبكه مدى في الاستقبال بس كاش واصوات السخنات مزعجه جدا جدا اصوتها غريبا تصحيك من النوم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ولا بريال فيه سوداني اخلاقه مثل ازفت شقه اقل من العاديه وسعرهم غالي غرفه وصاله يقول 250ريال ومكانها يخوف ورى المعارض ياليت صاحب الشقه يعدل الاسعار

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سعر مناسب فقط واستقبال السوداني في الفترة الصباحية بشوش ومحترم وخدوم أما الشقة فرغم أنها جديدة لاتوجد لها لوحة ولاتتوفر بجانبها خدمات ولايوجد عامل خدمة في جميع الأوقات ولايوجد مصعد! كم لايوجد ثلاجة في بعض الغرف مفاتيح الدخول تقليدية والنظافة دون المأمول ولايتوفر حتى مياه للشرب او غلاية! كما لاتتوفر خدمة الدفع الإلكتروني! غسالة الملابس ليست أوتوماتيكية! ولاتوجد أدنى أواني بالمطبخ.

نظيفة جدا وبسيط وقريب من المعارض السيارات وحي الرمال والمونسية.
اغلبها شباب لكن ما يمنع تجيب الاهل
حلوة للنوم وابو يوم يومين تقضي اشغالك بس
