لكن من الناحيه الإداريه يحتاجون الى تغيير جذري
اولاً / الموظفات كأنهم في إستراحه خاصه اصواتهم عاليه وضحك وفي مكان الطواري !
والارقام الموجوده للمجمع محد يرد ورقم الإداره كل ما ادق يعطي مشغول ؟
أرجوا التحسين من الجانب الإداري مشكورين
موظفات كل وحده تكلمك من طرف خشمها تعامل سي جدآ جدآ واذا سالت تقولك مادري !؟ هل يعقل هذا !؟
وبنسبه لمكتب الموافقات الطبية - اتمنى انكم تحطونه مع العيادات.

الاستقبال ممتاز والموظفة متعاونه وتجيب على كل اسئلتنا + جايين بدون موعد فترة الصباح وثلث ساعه و دخلنا للدكتور
د/ سعيد يعقوب تعامله جيد ويعطي الوقت الكافي للمراجع واستفساراته والممرضه اللي معاه كمان رائعه سوا لي الدكتور ٣ مرات اشعه وهي كانت متعاونه ونفسيتها حلوة
العيادة بشكل عام مرتبه ونظيفه انصح فيها
My experience in dental clinics
The reception is excellent and the employee is helpful and answers all our questions + we came without an appointment in the morning and a third of an hour and we entered the doctor
Dr. Saeed Yaqoub treats well and gives enough time for references and inquiries, and the nurse with him is also wonderful. The doctor gave me 3 x-rays, and she was cooperative and her psyche was good.
The clinic in general is tidy and clean, I recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي معاهم قبل تقريبًا 4 شهور اكتشفتهم بالصدفة وجربت عندهم #تشقير_حواجب وانصدمت كيف د.شيماء زبطتها ليا ودائما انا أطلب منها تنظيف بس وللأسف العيادات اللي جربتها كلهم مايعرفوا يزبطوها زي ماانا أبغى وجربت غيرهم مرا وحده وندمت وبعد مستحيل اروح لغيرهم .
ويوم 20 #رمضان جربت عندهم ديرما بن عند د.شيماء
النتيجة فضيعة بانت النتيجة من 2 يوم نظارة والآثار خفت بنسبة 50% وتحتاج أكثر من جلسة هذا غير أسعارهم الحلوة والأحلى العروض اللي عاملينها ???
وماما جربت عند الأخصائية موضي تنظيف البشرة بروفشيال يجنن ي بنات نظارة ولمعة فضيعة صورت لكم كامل الخطوات في الهايلايت على المودل والاخصائية دقيقة مرا تبارك الله??
وانبسطت لما كلموني بعد ماعملت عندهم هذي الخدمات وتفاجات من العروض اللي عاملينها وفوقها خصم 10% وماشاء الله ماكمل الإعلان 24 الا والحجوزات فل تنظيف بشرة وتشقير حواجب
وعاملين خصم على ليزر الجسم وحجزت على طول بكيج ليزر لأنو مايتفوت العرض ?
