★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اتصلت بالمكتب للسؤال عن تاخر نزول راتب استقطاع لشهر6قالتلي الموظفه جيبي كشف حساب من الصرافه وراجعينا جبت الكشف مع العلم ان بيتي بعيد عن المؤسسه ومشواري بالتكاسي ولما اعطيتها الوصل قالتلي رواتب الاستقطاع موقفه لتعديل النظام وتتاخر في النزول كان بامكانها تفيدني لما سالت عن طريق الاتصال وقالتلي يوم 1شهر 7ينزل الراتب ومن الصبح وانا اتصل على المؤسسه ابغا استفسر هل سينزل الراتب أو لاوالآن الساعه 1ونص للأسف محد رد على تلفون المؤسسه والله يعلم بالحال كيف يوقفو الراتب ويخلو الناس في هاذه الحاله لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله ولا يردو على الاتصال ايش الحل

و الآن مع كورونا أسوأ قطاع مر علي لقلة المواعيد مع ندرة المراجعين في الفرع الذين يزورونه بموعد تأخذ موعد بعد أسابيع و عندما تأتي للفرع تجد نفسك مع مراجع آخر فقط في الفرع كامل.
و أيضاً الموقع جدا سيء جدا جدا لا يمكنك من الوصول لمبتغاك من الخدمات لقلة الخيارات المطروحة و لا تناسب الخدمات التي يريد المشترك إنجازها.

اخلاق الموظف الظاهر في الصورة يتمناها احاسن الناس اخلاقا .
