★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! Cold food, small portions even for a kid, keto package and some meals coming with bread! Each day a new driver requires a call and taking directions on the food to reach the house. I need a refund for the rest of the package.

When I spoke to them they said because the meals you selected from our website are not available!!!!
I was choosing healthy food (Fajihta chicken and vegetables) and they changed it to sandwitch from Quiznoz sub with wedges!!!
(Check the photos below, first pic. The meal I selected from website, second pic. Is the meal they sent to me!!!!)
They are not trustworthy at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The presentation is the worst, even they do not adhere to the ingredients for the meals, for example, I planned and ordered keto meals . The keto is supposed to be zero carbs. They sent twice meals with potatoes and carrots, so far they changed the meal for the day after tomorrow on the basis that I ordered shrimps to , replace them with chicken. I do not advise anyone ever to order or subscribe with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a hot mess. Delivery is super bad and they make promises that they can’t keep only because they want to make you sign up for a subscription. They were doing a White Friday sale and I was subscribed for a week just to try. Then when my current subscription was about to expire, I considered signing up for the monthly but my problem was for them to deliver the meals before 7 AM (their delivery window was from 6-8 AM) so that I can receive them on time before leaving for work. One of their customer service staff said that she will refer to the management then got back to me after like 10 minutes or so and said “تمام عزيزتي" which I understood to be an approval to my request. So I was happy and even convinced my husband to sign up for another monthly subscription. We paid both subscriptions and expected for the meals to come today as agreed before 7 AM. My meal arrived at 7:30 and my husband’s arrived at 8:38. So not only did they break their promise, they also missed their delivery window. Now, I went back to their help chat service and for about an hour or so, we just went back and forth as to why they can’t commit to my request and how I’m just supposed to eat that they can’t do anything bullshit… Long story short, I asked for cancellation and said they will refund and the money will be in my account within 10-15 days. The nerve! So this company is just there to grab your money with no intention to keep their commitments for service and professionalism. Beware, don’t be fooled by this company at all! I rated them as 1-star but should even be 0-star! Very incompetent company. I don’t know why they even exist as a legit company but they just seem to con their customers.
