★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ليش ماخذين طلبات فوق طاقتكم وبالنهاية ما توفوا بوعدكم. كاتبين التوصيل بين ٥ و١١ مساء والحين نص الليل وخلص الفلنتاين وما وصل الطلب. اخر مرة اطلب من عندكم. وبعد ما وصل الطلب واحد من الهدايا (حلق) انكسر باول يوم. تم التواصل مع خدمة العملاء واعتذروا ان ما راح يستبدلونه او يصحلونه. لا خدمة ولا جودة. لا انصح ابدا?❌!!!
 Why do you take requests that are beyond your ability and in the end they did not fulfill your promise? Delivery clerks between 5 and 11 pm, and then midnight has ended, Valentine's Day has not arrived, and the order has not arrived. The last time I ask from you. After the request arrived, one of the gifts (earrings) was broken the first day. Customer service has been contacted and they apologize that they are not going to replace or fix it. Neither service nor quality. Never recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say they have an express delivery within 90 minutes! The order took more than 5 hours till now and didn’t delivered I tried to reach the customer service they said that will check and let me know and stopped to reply !!!! There’s no respect for the customer at all ! My last time !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service looks slick and well put together but the product lacks quality. I bought a (very, very expensive) bouquet of roses for my wife’s birthday. They’ve mostly died after just 2 days as you can see from my photo. Save your money and support a local producer. Plus the delivery to her work place was an unmitigated nightmare.
