The experience was not good because of the old carts (very worn out) and also the dirt with small stones destroyed our eyes (no glasses with helmet). For me, the horses experience was much better

The prices are very high
A ridiculous, disorganized project, an area that is not ready for this sport at all. From the other, a ride in tanks or the rest, and in front of you there is a proof of tanks that will take you on a tour of a marine area in less than half an hour and return you and salvation.

The employee in the morning shift from 6:30 in the morning refused to take us on a tour on the pretext that there were important people and when asked when the tour could be taken, he said after 2:00 in the afternoon. Date 07/05/2022

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor service. Wasn’t reliable. Quoted us prices for the quad bike as we like going on them and have used them before. We tried to see if there were other quad bike services in the area and this was the only one. We returned back to this service and when we got out of the car as we were a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 boys. We were then told that the children weren’t allowed to use the quad bikes. Yet there were no signs anywhere alluding to this (age or height restrictions). Kept insisting it was from management. Yet he had no articles, posters or information confirming this. Instead kept telling us to book a buggy for overrated prices!
To make matters worse the staff member’s English was very poor. If they (KAEC/KSA) are wanting to welcome foreign tourists and visitors then they’re going to have to have staff who can speak and understand English.
Also there were quad bikes for children aged 12 and above. However we were told they were dangerous. So found it difficult to comprehend why they were there in the first place.
