حيث تستوعب المرحلة الاولى ١٢ قاربًا من الحجم الصغير و٢٤ قارب من الحجم المتوسط وعشرة يخوت من الحجم الكبير، وأربعة من اليخوت الضخمة.
على أن تصل الطاقة الاستيعابية الى ١٢٠ يختًا وقاربًا عند اكتمال أعمال بناء المرحلة الثانية.
The first phase of Marina and Yacht Club and Marine Sports was inaugurated in the Baylasan Marina to accommodate 60 boats and yachts ranging from 7 meters to 25 meters.
The first stage accommodates 12 boats of small size, 24 medium-size boats, 10 large-size yachts and four large yachts.
With the capacity to reach 120 yachts and near the completion of the construction of the second phase.
