★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I raised a number of coomplaints against TELECOM and POST providers. But unfortunately no support at all.
I reported to them that the mail was not delivered at the designated date, and after a loong process of escalating, their response (shipment deliverd). OK, WHER IS THE COMPENSATION FOR THE BAD SERVICE? NOTHING, I mean NOTHING at all.
I reported that the internet service is bad (there is internet but very slow sluggesh and intermittenet). The TELECOm company replied that I have the service. and no support from CITC.
Overall, complaint service at CICT became routine procedure, send to providers - then receive whatever responce - then close the case. Thats what I have seen so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication skills doesn’t relate to their name/work at all. I have been raising claims without any reasonable feedback. I have STC telecom tower in front of my house ready to start since last year but they didn’t work it up!!I have complained/talked to STC then to this organization as well but I didn’t came up with good answer or solution. We are in 2022 and we still have trouble with phone call and internet!! It is so silly….
