★ ★ ★ ★ ★ متجر احذية فخم لكن اسعاره غالية. الجودة ممتازة والاحذية مريحة جدا في الاستخدام. مقاسات كول هان اكبر بدرجة من المقاسات العادية علما بأنه لا فرق بين اسعاره في امريكا والسعودية شبه متقاربة عن تجربة. له فرع في الرد سي مول بجوار تيم هورتنز وله فرع ايضا في العرب مول لكن فرع الياسمين مول اتوقع قفل .
 A fancy shoe store, but its prices are expensive. The quality is excellent and the shoes are very comfortable to use. Cole Haan's sizes are slightly larger than normal sizes, noting that there is no difference between his prices in the US and Saudi Arabia, almost close to each other according to experience. It has a branch in Red Sea Mall next to Tim Hortons and also has a branch in Al Arab Mall, but the Al Yasmine Mall branch, I expect it to close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm just tired of their traditional sales & style! Every time I stop by and like something, I get turned down by not finding the right size. I'm just done with their minimal stock! I miss New York’s one... Btw, I've tried Riyadh’s branch, and I still couldn't find my request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went their yesterday with my husband at 6 pm , the tow female employee took them more than 20 mint trying to find the size of 2 shoeses we requested it , and then they called a man they said he is the manager , he came and disappeared too again inside , clearly the storage inside is not organized they can’t find shoes model neither sizes , it took him too around 10 minutes , then we decided to stop wasting our time here . By the way in the same time another customer was waiting with his family and the same issue , we even left before him I guess he didn’t give up ..
one of the female employee mentioned that’s they are new and no body trained them . And the Saudi man that is the manager on them is taking a walk around the mall ..
horrible shop experience and a total waste of time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the mall specifically to buy a pair of shoes from Cole Haan, the employee seems to be off and worried about her launch more than selling shoes. At the end I went out of the store empty haneded & decided to buy from other store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been waiting for a long time to talk to a staff as they’re all busy on the computer which was by the way only 1 computer and 3 of the staff are on the same computer and non of them are trying to help any of the customers. There was another family beside us with the same problem.
Seems like the staff don’t know what they’re doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, The purchasing policies at the branch is not suitable for buying gifts for a close one. Only 24 hour refund & a week to exchange. Never had to mention also the unorganized queue of serving people. Most terrible the experience in so many ways.
