★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل ? اخذت من عندهم اغراض ماطولت يمكن قسم بالله خمس دقايق ورجعت لهم قالوا ماترجع وكلها ماطلعتها حتى من الكيس حريم معقدات متفقين كلهم وقالوا المدير قال ماترجع وهي اساسا في اخر الفاتوره ترجع وتستبدل انصحكم الي بيشتري منهم الظالمين ينتبهون مايرجعون حتى لو ميداليه حسبي الله وكفى ?? نجمة وحده مايستلهلونها ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفه كانت خدمتها سيئة وردها غير محترم، شريت نظارة والسعر الي حاطينه كان غير السعر الي بالفاتورة رجعت اسئلها بكل احترام انو السعر الي حاطينه غير قامت قالت لي اذا ماتبغينها هاتيها وبدون ماتعتذر عن الخطأ... اتمنى اننا نرتقي ونفهم كيف التعامل مع الزبون وللأسف مافيه ثقافة ولا وعي بمهامها كموظفة لخدمة الزبائن....
اتمنى من الإدارة يعيدون تدريبها والموظفه كان اسمها موضي
The employee had bad service and her response was disrespectful, I bought glasses and the price I was looking at was different from the price in the invoice. I came back and asked her respectfully that the price she put was not. She said to me if you don't want it, bring it without apologizing for the mistake... I hope we rise and understand how to deal with the customer and unfortunately it is not. Culture and awareness of her duties as a customer service employee.
I wish the management would retrain her and the employee was named Moody
