โ โ โ โ โ Im dis.appointed about my pcr test result as they said 24hrs but im here now in the airport i cant take my fligth because the of no issuing my result.it ruins my vacation.

โ โ โ โ โ Such a great caring ER team! Very welcoming staff who provided tender care beginning with the security at the entrance, admin staff, nursing team & of course the gently caring doctors. The best patient-centered care hospital I have ever been to! Kudos to CMH ???

โ โ โ โ โ What a fantastic way to welcome the visitors and what a kind and nice way of guidance and treatment.
Just done my second dose of COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer), the staff was more than humble and kind. They welcomed us as we were invited as special guests to a party. Never seen such organized staff and over all facilities in a hospital before.
Respect and love for the staff and management. โค๏ธ?

โ โ โ โ โ If it werenโt for a certain doctor I wouldnโt come here. The staff do not work at convenient times such as ultrasound technicians, I call the hospital multiple times for days and nobody answers! They havenโt implemented the insurance program yet and I have to claim it from my insurance which is ridiculous; I donโt understand how a hospital starts operating without this important aspect!

โ โ โ โ โ Overall the hospital is very clean, facilities are all new and up to date and the staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. However, the biggest issue I faced is that they so not accept ANY insurance as per the guy at reception. I mean come on even small clinics around the kingdom accept some sort of insurance.
And i guess this is why their emergency department is almost empty compared with other hospitals, no one wants to pay when we already pay a heft yearly premium for insurance.
To be completely honest I will be quite surprised if this hospital will continue to operate without adopting some sort of insurance scheme given that the majority of people have insurance have and prefer insurance.
Therefore, although I was delighted with the hospital I will not be coming again unless its a real emergency.
