★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tour over 12 stops, you can get on and off. 80 rial which seems over priced especially for large families. The problem is that there is no on time bus schedule wqs told next bus in 30-45 minutes, i showed up at 25 minutes but bus had alreqdy left , if planning to get off at every stop it kay take 6-8hrs trip. 16 languages narration but it was not synchronized with where we were

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides the experience which is great owing to the historical importance of this city ,, They have mentioned their office (booth) location at Hilton Madina which is incorrect. They are stationed nearby .moreover Timings of their office for ticket purchasing, which are mentioned on Google, is also incorrect . Please update this misleading information. Gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a pilgrim from Indonesia. I thought for a long time to use citysightseeing al madinah, because the ticket is 80 SAR, also my travel agent offers free city tours. But I don't regret it, it’s different and worth it, with a ticket that is valid for 24 hours, I used it for 2 days and visited 12 places.
In each place, I spent 30 minutes just enough time for performing salah, go to toilet, taking photos or just picnic under the palm tree, 30 minutes passed until the next double dekker bus came and picked me up. I missed the bus twice, because sometime it came too early, i was running like crazy to the bus stop, it only stop for 5-10 minutes, sometimes didn’t because nobody was there waiting for or departed from it.
I enjoyed listening to the explanation through earphones, the translation in Indonesian is also very good, understood completely, I tried to use English but the Arabic accent is too thick for my ears, so I changed to Indonesian. In some places, the explanation came too late or sometimes too early.
The explanation during the tour also added to my insight, from two umrah visits, I just found out that Medina is famous for its mint tea, when I got off at the Qiblatain mosque, I immediately bought a bag of mint tea for 10 SAR, and the mint tea was very good, the next day I bought it again when visiting Jabbal Uhud, besides dates you have to buy Medina mint tea for souvenirs to bring back to your country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service, poor communication by driver, stops at non stop places, does not tell you where are you? You will be picked up. They claim to have service every 30 minutes, for hop on & hop off ,is not practical. We waited over an one hour for second bus to show up. It is very hot and bus stop have no shades.
For tours, I recommend hiring a private taxi if you have more than one person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked tickets during Ramadan. I wasn't informed that the hours if the tour had changed. I needed to google this to find out I would now have the tour between 9pm and 9am and that the green route wasn't operating during Ramadan. Why aren't tourists informed of such changes?
I waited 1.5 hours after 9pm at stop number 6 where I planned on getting on, when a sightseeing bus sped at a speed past me and didnt stop for me. The trip is meant to loop every 50 minutes!
What a disappointment I can't even get a refund and it wasn't my fault at all.
I was excited but will not advertise this tour to friends. Maybe it's better not during Ramadan? But when better to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ticket fare is 80 SAR for adults n 40 for 5 - 12 yrs. Family offer 2 adults n 2 kids 200 SAR. Tickets valid for 24 hrs. Need to add bus tracking instead of waiting at stops for buses. Overall good trip.
