★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I tried boba was from here, I ordered the pearl milk tea and loved it. Just everything about this place is amazing, the service is just great, friendly staff. The place is a bit far but the boba definitely makes up for it and isn’t going to stop me from driving 30 mins away. The pearls were great quality and the drink was lovely. 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My place back home is just a few blocks away from Chatime so I was really ecstatic to find a branch here. My all time favorite is Banana Milktea, but I've also come to love the Black tea mousse drink, of course always add pearls to any of your order ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our first time to order in this store and the staff inside told us to wait due to prayer time. No queue yet in the inside of the building and we were in front of Chatime main door. It was quite upsetting because the staff who told us to wait and another staff enter the store noticed us that we are waiting for the store to open didn't even bother to inform us that the queue is inside the building and not in the main door. They should have put up a sign for customer awareness that the queue is inside the building especially for first time visitors at your Ballad branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to come to this place for a very long time and I'm glad I finally got to come.
The place is well decorated and small but has a few chairs to sit and enjoy your drinks, but the area is quite small, so I don't think people would be comfortable sitting that close to strangers, but sitting there with a group of friends is going to be very enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good bubble tea. They add sugar as per your liking in percentages. Like this concept. Have tried all their flavours and tasted good. Maintained good quality and all types of bubbles taste good. The prices could be a little less given it's a take away and the drinks do not command high prices. Overall a good place to grab a cup of your favorite drink with bubbles and enjoy a refreshing drink. Cheers!
