★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يقع مركز صيانة شانجان في روتانا طريق المطار امام شركة الكهرباء وقبل مستشفى المواساة.
الموقع مساحة كبيره والاستقبال كان رائع من قبل الموظف زيد الخير وكان في قمت الاحترام وشرح كامل للخدمة . يوجد مكان للأستراحة .
تم زيارتة اليوم ٤رمضان ١٤٤٣ لصيانة ١٥ الف وكان التعامل ممتاز من الموظفين وتم صيانة السيارة في وقت قصير اقل من ساعة.
لهم مني كامل الشكر ....
Changan Maintenance Center is located in Rotana, Airport Road, in front of the Electricity Company, and before Al-Mowasat Hospital.
The site is a large area and the reception was wonderful by the employee Zaid Al-Khair and he was very respectful and a full explanation of the service. There is a place to rest.
He was visited today, 4 Ramadan 1443, for 15 thousand maintenance. The staff was excellent, and the car was serviced in a short time, less than an hour.
I fully thank them....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قبل شوي استلمت سيارتي بعد انتظار ٣ اشهر مع الموظفه رهام جبران كانت لي بمثابه الاخت وليست موظفه مع عميل عملت المستحيل عشان تعطيني اللي ابغى بقناعه تامه ع فكره انتظاري كان بسبب اختياراتي وماقصرت معاي من اول يوم لين استلمتها الله يسعدها ويبارك لها ويوفقها حرفيا تعامل سلس ورااقي شكرا رهام على لطفك وتعبك. ❤️
A little while ago, I received my car after waiting for 3 months with the employee Reham Gibran. She was like a sister to me and not an employee with a client. She did the impossible to give me what I wanted with complete conviction. The idea of my waiting was because of my choices and I did not fail with me from the first day when I received it. Thank you, Reham, for your kindness and hard work. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف الشديد تجربتي كانت اليوم 2022/02/21 بالمساء بعد الساعة ١١ دخلت المعرض انا وعائلتي واتفرجت على السيارات وقرئت المواصفات والاسعار وخرجت ومافي اي موظف باشرني علما ان المعرض يوجد به من الموظفين الكثير وجميعهم بغرفة بجانب الاستقبال وتسمع حديثهم الى ان احد منهم ما فكر يجي ويباشر رغم ان كم شخص خرج ونظر ورجع دخل .
تجربة سيئة رغم فخامة العلامة التجارية اللي بيخدموها وراح تكون اخر زيارة للمعرض بسبب ذا الاهمال من البداية فكيف بعد البيع .
Unfortunately, my experience was today, February 21, 2022, in the evening, after 11:00. My family and I entered the exhibition, looked at the cars, read the specifications and prices, and went out, and there was no employee to contact me, knowing that the exhibition has many employees, all of whom are in a room next to the reception, and you hear their conversation until one of them did not think to come. And proceed, even though how many people went out and looked and came back in.
A bad experience, despite the luxury of the brand they serve, and it will be the last visit to the exhibition due to this neglect from the beginning, so how about after the sale.

اتمنى من روتانا المدينه أن تتبنى موهبتها وكفائتها وإنجازها فهي تستحق أكثر من منصب لكون جميع سياراتي من شانجان بسبب ثنائها على الشركة ومركباتها ..
اتمنى رعاية موهبة هذه الموظفه واىرقي بها للأفضل وإعطائهها المزايا المطلوبه نظير عمها الجاد وإستقطاب العملاء من خلال السوشل ميديا والتسويق لمنتجات شانجان ..

I hope that Al-Madina Rotana will adopt its talent, efficiency and achievement, as it deserves more than one position because all of my cars are from Changan because of its praise for the company and its vehicles.
