โ โ โ โ โ Their customer service is just awesome and delightful.and special thanks to the employee Haitham unfortunately I donโt remember his last name but I was extremely satisfied with the customer care that I got and I highly recommend them. he goes out of his way to make sure that you get the best care and product available. He quickly attended to our needs, are very knowledgeable and helped us with any questions that we had. The selection was phenomenal.

โ โ โ โ โ A piece of diamond fill off my watch from Cartier .. went to the boutique so they can fix it, they told me it needs to be send to France it fixed for 6 months!
Unreasonable time.. and how come thereโs no a professional worker who can fix it in Saudi!

โ โ โ โ โ Worst customer service ever , totally unacceptable from such a high end brand !! , iโm a carter customer and Iโve been to many Cartier boutiques in deferent countries , please improve your customer service!!! , arrogant and staff with an attitude behavior would not do anything beside pushing customers away !!! I just asked for boxing a bracelet that I bought from another branch as a gift and they refused !!! Unlike Cartier Centria branch where they were very friendly , flexible and welcoming (: , managed to do my request in short time
