المكيف قيمته ١٣٠٠
الكشفية عشان الخراب ب ٣٤٥
بس كشفية
ثلث قيمة المكيف تروح في كشفية ..
والمرة اللي قبلها الجهاز على الضمان واتصلت على الصيانة
واخذو ثلاث اسابيع عشان يسوولي كشفية
وبعد الكشفية اتضح اني لازم اغير كمبروسر مجانا
جلسنا اسبوعين بدون كمبروسر
ولما تعبنا معاهم طلبتهم يسلموني الكمبروسر وانا بركبه بنفسي .. وجبت مهندس خارجي يركب كمبروسرهم ..

It sounds like a stupid way to evade service.
This is neither the first nor the second time I dealt with a Carrier agent in Saudi Arabia
 It ranks among the list of worst agents.

الصيانه بطيئه
والى الان ما اتصلح مر شهر جا الفني وقال الدينامو خربان
وحارسل اي ميل للصيانه ولا احد بعد كده جا او اتصل
التواصل مع الشركه في دبي يقول الزهراني في الصيانه ما بيتصرف

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركه سيئة بما تعنيه الكلمه حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم وفي ادارتهم مكيفات ماكملت سنه اسبلت جديده ماتخرج هواء فقط كمبروسر شغال وأرقام التواصل كلها خطاء سواء صيانه او خدمه عملاء دون رقيب ولا حسيب

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had very bad experience until I was forced to sell new 4 split air-conditions 24000 btu for nothing to loose 14k Riyal. I recommend no one at all to buy carrier air-condition. The sounds and quality doesn’t worth one riyal…
