I ordered two chicken corn soup yesterday and when I reached home they tasted like water and had no flavor at all, next day and after many complains and phone calls with call center and store managers!!! I waited like an hour at their restaurant just to finally get my 2 soups.
After all the inconvenience they caused they sure made me feel like they were doing me a favor, mistakes happens but decent and well reputed restaurants knows how to treat their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices of the meal is 39 why !! Increasing 7 riyal over a day beside the increase last year with 40 I can buy almost have a kilo of barbecue meat with performance iam sure u will loose customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of their soups are terrible. They should immediately stop serving soups until they find a good chef for soups. In online order also they need to improve because they missed an item in my order and when I called them to report this although they apologized but sent it over salted. Could not even hold it in mouth and had to throw it right away. And highly overpriced as per the quality and quantity. Not going to order or visit again.
