Panda express is definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants in town. Not only is the food divine but very affordable as well. My friends and I went there and there were various Chinese foods (ranging from chicken to beef, not much seafood) to decide from. The steps of ordering are a bit tricky as they include deciding a portion size, deciding the side dish (noodles, rice etc.. ), and choosing a main dish (chicken, beef, shrimps...). However the staff was more than patient with us and they took our order with great care and served it in a matter of minutes. I ordered chicken kungpao as my main dish and chowmein as my side, and in my opinion they lacked a bit of spice and flavor. As I like spicy food (and the chilly sauce they gave did not help either). However, I definitely think for people who enjoy their food without too much spice this restaurant would be ideal. According to my sister their orange chicken is also brilliant and worth a try. Overall, the restaurant had a very welcoming ambience, with kind staff, and bland food. It was an amazing experience and definitely worth a visit.

Panda like you have never experienced it before. After having frequented Panda in the US, this was our first Saudi experience. Fast food from the US either improves in its way across the world or falls on its face. Panda improved. Our food was actually made to order instead of the usual Panda buffet line. I find it very hard to find decent and not prohibitively expensive Chinese food in this county, so this gets 5 stars ✨ in the local market. Beijing Beef- they knock this one out of the park. It was fresh and very crunchy. I took issue with how little of the beef I received though ? Cashew Chicken- chicken was very soft and tender, but it didn’t have as much flavor as I anticipated. Angus Beef- this dish was also a little better than the one in the US Honey Walnut Shrimp- they gave a lot of shrimp and the shrimp was large and well cooked. They also sprinkled real walnuts on top. The one downside was the Mayo sauce that has been added (different than the US). I can only imagine they are trying to make this more “dynamite-like.” I will never understand the local obsession with dynamite shrimp. Hot & Sour Soup- this left much to be desired. It actually lacked salt, which means it could have benefited from more soy. It did not pick the flavor this type of soup should have. Spring Rolls- fine.

Quite Surprised the portion size of the family feast sides because it was small for us had to order extra..For the Large Mains it also looks medium?..Food was good though specially the walnut shrimp and the staff was excellent..

It's in Al Sulaimaniya with ample parking space. There are other food places like Papa Johns, Domino's, Starbucks etc nextdoor. Nice place with Chinese inspired decor. Has a large seating area. The food was great except for the chowmein, which I found a tad too oily. Orange Shrimp with roasted walnuts was exceptional. The portions were sufficient, wouldn't call them large though. Kid's combo with a main + side and a drink was 20 SAR. Shrimp is considered premium, so that's an extra of 7-8 SAR from what's displayed on the menu. Prices tend to slightly tip on the pricier side. For drinks they have all the regular soft drinks, as well as iced tea.

Orange chicken was amazing. Chow mein noodles were below average , I suggest to go for fried rice rather than noodles. Honey walnut shrimps were good. However , the portions of main dishes in take away box is very very small. And the price was 55riyals for 2 side meal! The portion size is little bigger in dine-in. Would be better if you add a cold drink for the same price .

Food is superb! The place is sophisticated! Needs maintenance for the ceiling as the water is leaking when it rains. The staff were excellent, especially Sir Kenny. Will definitely be back again.

Just for the old days when i was in the U of A im gonna give them 4 stars. Old days brought me here, its different set up restaurant here than American original one but i liked it. For protein honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken and broccoli beef. Shrimp was the same taste and good portion for what they offer, orange chicken same taste different color, beef broccoli was my least favorite and less portion. Best option for American Chinese fast food, even though they charge more but you can come to remember what university food was

I've dined here couple of times, sometimes alone or with some friends. The food is tasty but in a span of 1 year, the portions have gotten smaller. The ambiance of the place is excellent though, quiet and relaxing. The staff are also nice and very accommodating.
