I ordered 24 carat shake but he told me there is no banana, few minutes I found other customers having the same order.
The seating area is sort of crowd.
The prices is very good.
The orders look very good but tastes fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Korean franchise. The cafe has three seating areas, the first is outdoor seating overlooking Emmar Square fountain. The second is outdoor as well but from the back side with a view of Emmar's tall buildings. Finally there is indoor seating with nice design touches.
They have a selection of desserts. The cafe also has bread desserts which is quite unusual, but after the first bite I was mind blown. The cinnamon with caramel on a thick peace of bread made it a one of a kind experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caffeine has it’s own charm, and when it’s on a Saturday morning, caffe bene delivers a best package of coffee, snacks plus a great environment. Also, who doesn’t like innovation with their cup of potion; I tried a peanut butter crunchy coffee, and it was a perfect blend of crunch, bitterness and caffeine dosage.
Make it a go-to spot if you haven’t already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am usually a Caffee Bene lover and that is why I came to try this location. The place is very spacious with outdoor seating. However, the customer service could be better. The employee that took our order seemed a bit grumpy.
The tea and coffee tastes great. I was a bit disappointed that the see through large tea cup was chipped and they didn’t have another.
The triple cheese fondue was not served sizzling hot like in other branches I tried. But it still tasted good.
The chocolate cake and blueberry waffle also was on point.
I think the kitchen needs a better ventilation system because every time the staff heat something a burnt smell lingers for a bit.
Having said all of the above, the positive outweighs the negative.
