★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this cafe like 5 times, they never provided us receipt which is strange as they charge two types of taxes (Vat)(Tobacco) and without any receipt they should not be eligible to charge those taxes.My most recent visit was on new year's and the cafe charged us like 50sar for Shisha while the price is 42 and 9 for each drink.We bought 4 drinks one shisha and the total bill the waiter provided us was 95 and he also said that 25% discount was applied which was a complete lie.The bill should have been 50+36×75%(25% discount)=64.5
