★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza was not eatable, and the prices are high, when we asked: why is it not delicious? They said its because we ran out of cheese..!!
The pizza costed 55 riyals.
The Pepsi and the 7up were tasteless, and they referred that to that it was the family size bottle.
The service was 3 stars only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not terrible but criminally bland—obvious reflection of tje quality of the ingredients used. Ordered rigatoni but out came penne, the server didnt even bother to tell me unless I pointed it out. No parmesan cheese or even equivalent. Also, the tabasco sauce, for some reason, seems watery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family visited and ordered pizza,lasagna, and pasta. It was cold, and appears to have been microwaved & not fresh. There was only one staff member greeting, and serving customers. The food was uneatable, and we left the restaurant more hungry than we came in. We were really looking to a good experience from this restaurant, and we hope management looks into our complaint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thick crust Pizza tastes really very nice specially Chicken Trio wow ? the service given to us in the outlet based in Nakheel mall is really good in service and the guys are very polite and gave very good service. Keep it guys compared to other outlets this one is good in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I might be late order as it we 11pm Very slow and Very bad service and your new product is not available and the stuff is extremely aggressive.
As a customer since 2013 i can tell that is the only 2 days in the week you have stress on it how come they cant manage that.
You must know that it is all about customer Sevice despite how tasty food is served.
