★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever and Riyadh's branches are shame to the franchise.
I had made 3 orders during the past month and two of them resulted in delivering the pizza after 3 hours and one of them delivering it cold without providing the famous Garlic sauce, and who knows Papa Johns understand that the we order from it because of the original Garlic sauce.
The KSA call center (which redircects all calls to Bahrain) is totally paralized and ineffective. The only thing they can do to support customers is to raise a ticket to the branch, and after this point there is no visivibilty on what will happen next. There is no way to call the branch directly!
So for tge last order i had the following:
10:20 PM i made the order on Jahez platform
11:05 PM ordered received, which was below warm and the Garlic sauce missing
11:10 PM I called the call center and they raised a ticket and informed me that the branch will call back
11:55 PM I called again the call center to inform them that i was not contacted yet from the branch, they told me that they raised another ticket and assured me that the branch will call in 15 mintes
12:30 AM i am writing this review and no one called me from the branch yet! The pizza is intacted and the dinner gor ruined.
This isna real shame, and it seems Papa Johns are losing their operarional quality standards and food standards.
I am so dissappointed.

Now lets talk about the service. When you place an order to pick it up, their app gives you 20-25min to be ready. What happens is after 25min they will start making it. Do not expect your pizza to be ready before 50min. Just ridiculous. Too many staff in the store for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very vad quality, horrible pizza comared with the high price!! I have ordered Ranch chicken and literally there's no Ranch and very very little chicken and some slices was without any chicken!! Very bad experience and 100% this restaurant goes to my black list

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really the best Pizza restaurant in town with couple of branches in Riyadh. The Hawaiian pizza was the best and so delicious. All others was so delicious too. Chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce was really amazing and tasty. Wedges potatoes was so delicious too.

I highly recommend it, for best experience try to eat the pizza as soon as its out of the oven it's much different than eating it after delivery.
Also you will get a free garlic sauce so you can dip the crust in it ? also they give you a lovely jalapeno not that spicy but it taste so good.
Even my parrot ? loves it ? here some picture as well.
*Don't forget to shake the garlic sauce before opening it.
