★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شريتهم منهم منتجات امس بمبلغ 699 علما بانو جيت عساس في خصومات والخصم طلع مايتعدا ١٠ ريال ولما جيت ارجع الاغراض رفضو الاستبدال والاسترجاع والفاتوره مو مكتوب عليها اي سياسة للاسترجاع حسبي الله عليهم اول مرا اشوف تعامل كذا بدون توضيح للزبون انو مافي استرجاع ابد والموظفه تعاملها مافي اي احترام للعميل كيف تبون تكسبون عملاء
I bought them products from them yesterday for the amount of 699, knowing that I came with discounts, and the discount came up to more than 10 riyals, and when I came to return the items, they refused to exchange and return and the invoice did not have any return policy written on it. Respect for the customer, how do you win customers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاسعار مبالغ فيها جداا ولا اقدر اشوف اي شي مافي تست للمنتجات عندهم كلها مغلفه وسالتهم كيف اشوف قالوا عن طريق موقع تختارين !؟ يعني انا جيت لكم وخليت موقع ماالقا تست عشان اتاكد وش اخذ بضبط وفوقها لو اخذت شي وانت ماشفته ولا دريت عنه يقولون لك مافي ترجيع ولا تبديل
