★ ★ ★ ★ ★ منتجهم سيئ جدا جدا جدا.... اشتركت معهم في أعلى نوع وهو الذي يحتوي على ضمان إصلاح الشاشه في حال كسرها (بمبلغ 399 ريال) ولكن للأسف التغليف الخلفي سيئ جدا جدا وينفك من حاله في كل مره يتم تغليف الجهاز (علما بأنه لايوجد كفر على الجهاز).
وتم الرجوع لهم أكثر من ثمان مرات و يقومون باستبدال التغليف في كل مره.. ولكن التغليف لم يناسب جهازي (S22 Ultra ) كون حواف وزوايا الجهاز دائرية ... وطلبت منهم إلغاء اشتراكي واسترداد المبلغ 399 ريال كون منتجهم لم يوفي بوعدهم ولم يناسب الجهاز (لم يستطيعون تركيب منتجهم بطريقه صحيحه على حواف الجهاز الدائرية مما يؤدي إلى فك التغليف من حاله) و تم رفض الطلب من قبل رقم خدمة العملاء والسبب ان ليس لديهم سياسة ارجاع!!
يا ساده.. انا لم أطلب الارجاع ... منتجكم فشل على جهازي و لم يعطيني الفائدة التي دفعت عليها ولم تستطيعون خدمتي... بالمقابل ارجعو القيمة التي دفعتها!
في النهاية، انصح الجميع بعدم التعامل مع هذا المحل وهذه الشركة لان تعاملهم مع العملاء سيئ جدا جدا... وهم غير صادقين في التعامل... حيث أن منتجهم فشل في الثبات على جهازي و لم يستطع احد منهم حل المشكله.. وفوق هذا لم يستردو المبلغ المدفوع لهم.

I asked them to cancel my subscription and refund the amount of 399 riyals because their product did not fulfill their promise and did not fit the device ( They could not install their product correctly on the circular edges of the device, which leads to unpacking from the case) and the request was rejected by the customer service number and the reason is that they do not have a return policy!!
Gentlemen.. I did not ask for a return... your product failed on my device and did not give me the interest that I paid for, and you could not serve me... In return, return the value I paid!
In the end, I advise everyone not to deal with this store and this company because their dealings with customers is very, very bad... and they are not honest in dealing... as their product failed to be stable on my device and none of them was able to solve the problem.. On top of that, they did not They get back the amount paid to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سبق وتعاملت معهم ، انفك التغليف وصار يدخل غبار مع المكان الذي انفك وشلت التغليف كامل وحذفته حتى لا تنخدش الشاشه من الاتربه ، لما زرتهم وانا باقي ٤ تغييرات قالوا لازم تجيب التغليف اللي على الجهاز . قلت لهم هذا الجهاز اللي اشترك به يميديكم تتحققوا من السيريال اللي عندكم. ومن حقي اكمل الست تغييرات.
في النهايه قال لي حسب السياسه لا يمكن والتعليمات مكتوبه على خلف الفاتوره . لكن تجربه سئيه وعفاكم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لاأنصح فيهم نهائياً ، الحماية انفكت من ثالث يوم ومع اي استخدام بسيط للجهاز تبدأ الحماية تنفك ورجعت لهم أكثر من مره بدون اي فايدة وفي كل مره يحطو الخطأ فيني !! ولما كتبت تجربتي وتعليقي في حسابهم في الانستقرام عملو لي بلوك وحذفو التعليق !! هل هذا تعامل احترافي ؟؟ ولا يدل على ان منتجاتهم مضروبة وخايفين من كلام الناس ؟
