★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have tried to get a policy for 4 weeks and spent 40 hours on phone call. Nothing could get done. Don't understand why BUPA is not interested in any business. Very disappointed. BUPA in UAE or Australia is very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is zero star I will give be carful with this company my bro was in ER of Alhabib however the Dr requested admission but Bupa rejected the request as they did not get all the blood test but actually they get but the want to find reason to reject I stayed there for 9 hrs in ER waiting the Bupa they keep delaying my bro his case getting worse because of them and they lied because each call they have different words one that said the report not sent from the hospital second one said the hospital not sent the blood test , however if you want to get more sick and no one care about your health this is the best for you , by the way the did it with me for second time now they will reject any thing to improve ur health
