★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst car rental experience ever. Upon returning the car to this location, the employee couldn't find the information in his system. He repeatedly asked me if my information was correct. I showed him all the documentation to prove myself and my information to him and still hit a dead end. I called Budget Customer Care Service. After explaining the situation to the agent, he gave a phone number to a supervisor that didn't answer my multiple calls.
The representative at this location then asked me to go to the head office or come back the following day. Of course, by doing either of those options, I would be charged for the time I had the car.
The representative made some calls here and there and finally decided to receive the car.
The car was fine. The contract was provided. Everything from my end was done.
I understand system errors and honest mistakes, but to make me go through a long waiting and commuting long distances and paying for the extra time I would have had the car just because someone from their end made a mistake, is just absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the big Rent A Car service provider. They have good cars and good prices for corporates. Better to go for 1 month rent plan and they will give some discounts. The main problem in these cars are smoke smell.
How ever they are cleaning the car, the smell of the cigarettes' are still there.
They should start a non smoking car option also. Even if the they increase the price, there are people to take non smoking cars.
