★ ★ ★ ★ ★ والله العظيم اسوء مكان شفته بحياتي كلها مافي احترافيه في العمل ابداً ابداً (النجمه اعطيها عشان المحل نظيف ومرتب)
اولاً لمن سالت عن افضل عدسات مايعرفوا ايش الفرق والافضل،بعدين جا شخص فاهم وقلي الفرق
ثانياً بعد مااخترت عدسه ملونه ودفعت وكل شييييي قالوا لي مو متوفره اختاري لون ثاني وقلنا اوكي مو مشكله
ثالثاً بعد مااخترت عدسات طبيه نظر قالولي بكرا راح استلمها ويتصلوا عليا انو مابتتوفر قريب وقالولي لو ماتبغي بنرجع فلوسك قلت تمام
رابعاً رحت استلم الفلوس قالولي مادفعتي الا ٢٨٠ وانا دافعه ٣٨٠ وقعد يتعابط معانا واني مادفعت الا هذا المبلغ وبعد ماشافت الايصال تبع العدسات قال لا هذي ١٠٠ حق الكشف !! وقال انو بلغني انها بتتاخر من اليوم الي دفعت فيه وانا مااشتريت منهم الا لان مناسبتي قريبه جداً وهو قلي بتجي بكرا
By God Almighty, the worst place I have ever seen in my entire life. There is no professionalism at work at all (I give it a star because the shop is clean and tidy)

Thirdly, after I chose my medical lenses, they told me tomorrow I will pick them up and call me that they are not available soon and tell me if you don't want to return your money, I said OK
Fourth, I started receiving the money. They told me that I only paid 280, and I paid 380, and he sat messing with us, and that I only paid this amount, and after I saw the receipt for the lenses, he said: No, these are 100 rights to disclose!! والله وجدنا تعامل قذر جدا الموضفه اخلاقها جدا سيئه وتعامل الزبون كانك زايرهم بدون موعد مسبق والله بحاتي ماوجدت مكان يعامل العميل بهاذا المستوائ السيئ

وبكل بساطة يقول انه مشغول واذا تبغا تعرف اي شي تعال المحل
اتمنى النظر في وضعه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عندي نظارة طبيه انكسر فيها البلاستيك حق الانف وفضلت اشتري نظاره جديده ،، وبعد اختيار النظاره الجديده … الموظفه اخذت النظاره القديمه واخذت مقاس النظر وغيرت لي البلاستيك بدون مااطلب منها .. شكرا لكل موظف/ موظفه يقدم للعميل اكثر مما يطلب ..
I have medical glasses in which the plastic has broken right in the nose, and I preferred to buy new glasses,, and after choosing the new glasses... The employee took the old glasses and took the size of my vision and changed the plastic for me without asking her.. Thank you to every employee/employee who offers the customer more than what he asks for..
