★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق مفروشه لا بأس بها، والأسعار معقوله، لكن النظافة يحتاج النظر فيها خاصة مرتبة السرير والمخدات والبطانية وكنب الصالة متسخة ووجود غبار عليها مع وجود ريحة دخان في بعض الغرف، الإستقبال شباب سعوديين الله يوفقهم، حامل الشنط متعاونين لكن لاحظت يستخدمو عربات غير مخصصة للعفش بجانب استخدام العربات الأخرى المخصصة للعفش! وجود شبكة واي فاي انترنت لكن بطيء! قنوات التلفاز ٧ قنوات فقط! يوجد مسجد قريب جدًا يبعد كم خطوة من المدخل الرئيسي للشقق، المطاعم والصرافات ATM قريبة، وقت الدخول ٣ عصرًا والخروج نفس الوقت.
