★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوء عيادة على الإطلاق ، اهربوا منهم قد ماتقدرون أنا شفت التعليقات قد ايش سيئة وقلت يمكن تجربتي تطلع غير بس فعلا لا إحترام للمواعيد ولا إحترام للعميل ولا فيه اي إحترافية
وكمية الشكاوي عليهم فوق الطبيعي
كل ما اجيهم وقت الموعد يطلع الجهاز خربان او يطلعون مو مأكدين موعدي
والعيادة دايم فيها مشاكل ويماطلون ولا يردون كل ما ادق عليهم محد يرد ولا احد يتجاوب
ومماطلة مو طبيعية في حقوق الناس لا يرجعون فلوسك ولا يعطونك موعد !
نصيحة لا احد يجيها لا احترام ولا احترافية ولا عندهم اي مميزات
فيه عيادات افضل واحترافيين اكثر منهم بمراحل .

The number of complaints against them is above normal
Every time I come to them at the time of the appointment, the device appears destroyed or they come out not confirming my appointment
And the clinic always has problems and they procrastinate and do not answer everything that is more accurate to them, no one responds and no one responds
Procrastination is not normal in the rights of people, they do not return your money and do not give you an appointment!
Advice that no one gets, no respect, no professionalism, and they have no advantages
It has better clinics and more professionals than them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا ركبت ابتسامه عند الدكتوره لولو ايام ماكانت في مستوصف اباس وكان شغلها جدا رائع ومتقن ويدها خفيفه واسلوبها مهذب جدا وتشرح لك خطه العلاج بالتفصيل قبل لا تعمل اي شي لك ولي مده مركبه الابتسامه ولا فيها اي مشاكل انصح لمن تريد عمل ابتسامه بشغل الدكتوره لولو لاتتعدونها ولي زياره قريبه لها في مكان عملها الجديد

A close visit to her new place of work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هذي العيادة لازم تتقفل لعدة اسباب:
١-استهتار في العميل
٢-اهمال المواعيد
٣-السرقة
٤- الاستغلال
٥- عدم الرد على الاتصالات
اتمنى وزارة الصحة تلتفت لهذي العيادة السيئة وتقفلها لانها تفتقر للاحترافية ثلاث شهور اطالبهم بمبلغ وفوق كذا يبون يعطوني اقل من نصه!!!! نصيحة لا احد يروح هالعيادة شوفوا التعليقات اغلبها سيئة عنهم
This clinic should be closed for several reasons:
1- Neglecting the customer
2- Neglecting appointments
3- Theft
4- Exploitation
5- Not answering calls
I hope the Ministry of Health will turn to this bad clinic and close it because it lacks professionalism for three months. Advice no one goes to this clinic. Look at the comments, most of them are bad about them

تعامل ممرضة الليزر جدًا سيئ وللأسف تعامل الإدارة أسوأ وكان حلهم نعطيك موعد ثاني مع ممرضة ثانية!!! وكأن العميل هو الغلطان.
ثاني تجربة مع ممرضة مختلفة وللأسف التجربتين فاشلة، جميعهم يرفعون صوتهم وتعاملهم سيئ بدون سبب! وعذرهم انهم مضغوطين؟ غير افتقار العيادة لأهم الأدوات. طلبت استرجاع المبلغ ولن أكرر التجربة .. وأشكر موظفات الاستقبال على تعاملهم الراقي ومحاولتهم كسب العميل.
A bad experience
The laser nurse treated the laser very badly and unfortunately the management was worse and their solution was to give you a second appointment with a second nurse!!! As if the customer is wrong.
The second experiment with a different nurse and unfortunately the two experiments failed, all of them raise their voice and treat them badly for no reason! And their excuse that they are stressed? Change the clinic's lack of the most important tools. I asked for a refund and I will not repeat the experience.. I thank the reception staff for their classy dealings and their attempt to win the customer.
