★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ophthalmologist doctor Munir gave me the wrong prescription. I went and made a pair of glasses using his prescription. When I got the glasses I could not see properly and it costed me 535 SAR. When I approached him he blamed everybody else. I feel sorry for him, he is old and confused and should not be trusted as a professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good clinics the teeth department needs upgrading but they have some very good doctors like DR Hariri (syrian) and Dr venessa (Philipino) who is an amazing oral hygenist with many years of experience.
Dr Manal shibbo (lebanese) is an great kids dr and very friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow and complicated services even for doctor consultation. Pharmacy does not have all medicines. Moreover,there is no appointment even if you have booked it one week ago.For ultrasound you have to wait for a week to get it done.Doctor clinics are only twice in a week.Dont have much experience about doctor because i only visited once.
I would not recommend to anyone until unless they have to go to some specialized doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t comment on the experienced doctors they have here. The BIGGEST issue is their administration and business office. Lack of organizing their processes and making a small thing complex for themselves and patients. And on top of it their insurance approval team makes multiple mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ali Arab is really really rude.. I honestly can not keep up with his attitude even toward my 2 years old son!!!
kids doctors should be extra nice! He’s been my kids doctor for almost 2 years and I keep giving him excuses for the attitude but not anymore .. shifting to another doctor or even another clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor Hospital Management. Not able to resolve issue even after 10 days. Ask to pay extra money as Tax and not providing invoice since 28th May. Did not provide receipt or refund. Nobody reply back. Don't recommend anyone to visit this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super trash.. Don't know from where to begin, sleepy call center? Unprofessional if they reply one out of 1000 calls? Small halls? Low quality staff? Stupid planning of building and farmacy entrance? Disasterous follow up unless you left 0.02 SAR to pay!!!!?
Overall MOH should lock down this ward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad service! Wouldnt hesitate to give 0 stars if I had the chance.
Waited for more than 1hr and a half just for the insurance office to approve my basic checkup tests, turns out the consulting clinic office had already given the approval but no one even checked properly! 3 hours total just to have my blood checked. Worst experience ever, never coming back here!!!
