★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can say it’s clean room and good the service is bad overprice this is consider as a motel not a hotel they need more Renovation in their room and their stuff yes I will not ever come back even if I book a hotel for 200$ or 300$ The only matter is to feel comfortable and has excellent service .,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is clean. Some lights were not working. AC was not working the room was cold and i wanted to put it on heat mode it didn't work. My experience were fair they need to work more on maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t be deceived by the amazing lobby, the rooms are outdated and disgusting. Bed had many hair in there and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're on your own and need a decent place to crash, the value for cash does not get better. The place is dated, though... and you can see the age on the lower edges of doors and furniture. The TV in my room was poor quality, and it was just seated on a desk, rendering about 80% of the desk unusable.
However, the room was still cozy and comfy, and honestly for the 212 SAR I paid I never felt it was unfair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In terms of cleanliness from 1-10 is 10. Over all experience we’re good but I have one thing to say. If you have a group of people like 5 or more it is understandable that you should have towels and tissue ready in the room. We asked many time with the room boy to provide us the said item but never happened. We need to go to receptionist to ask again and we found out that the towel left was good for one person only. But overall all was good!
