بصراحة أنا كمواطن أو عميل أفتخر بوجود إدارة ناشطة وملبية لطالبات العميل.
بالمختصر:
عدد من الملاحظات وتمت معالجتها بسرعة وخلال يوم واحد تم التواصل معي على الجوال وشرح الموضوع وتحديد المشكلة مع وضع الحلول والتعويض المناسب

 During my first visit, I found several observations, and something was remarkable, but I would like to thank the General Administration for the good dealings, taking matters positively, the speed of communication and their understanding, and the quick amendment of the previously mentioned notes
Frankly, as a citizen or a customer, I am proud of the presence of an active and responsive management of the client's demands.
In short:
A number of observations were dealt with quickly and within one day, I was contacted on mobile and the topic was explained and the problem was identified with appropriate solutions and compensation
