★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ١- المختص الفلبيني جيد جداً ولديه مهارات علاج طبيعي.
٢- تصميم غرفة المساج غير مناسب للاسترخاء فهي:
• تفتح مباشرة على صالة الاستقبال والصوت غير معزول بحيث تسمع بوضوح شديد كل ما يدور من محادثات للزبائن والعمال.
• الباب زجاجي وينقل إضاءة الصالة الى داخل غرفة المساج.
٣- موظف الاستقبال المصري لا يعطي أي انطباع بأنه مهتم بالملاحظات.
 1- The Filipino specialist is very good and has physical therapy skills.
2- The design of the massage room is not suitable for relaxation, as it:
• It opens directly to the reception hall and the sound is not isolated so that you hear very clearly all the conversations going on with the customers and workers.
• The door is glass and the hall lighting is transferred to the massage room.
3- The Egyptian receptionist does not give the impression that he is interested in the feedback.
