★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لديهم حارس ممتاز ومحترم جدا أسمه عبدالرحيم. مخلص جدًا لأصحاب السكن لكن يتعامل بالحق. ولا يطلب أي مقابل مادي لخدماته إلا لو كرمًا منك.

المبنى عليه ثلاث أبراج اتصالات من شركة موبايلي وغيرها. خطر جدا على الصحة مما اضطرنا للنقل منها. حيث لم تقم الشركة بتركيب أدوات حماية من خطر الأبراج. الحمامات والمطابخ واسعة لكن الأسعار غالية مقارنة بالسكن. لم يتم صيانة السكن ولا مرة أثناء وجودنا فيه وعند التصليح لم يتم دفع كل ما دفعناه للإصلاح ولذلك لم نكررها. الكهرباء تحتاج لصيانة جذرية أي تغيير كامل التوصيلات من الشارع حتى الغرف الداخلية حيث بها ١١٠ و ٢٢٠ واحترقت مني غسالتين وثلاجة وغلاية مياه وأغلبهم كان جديدا عدا الثلاجة. التيار غير ثابت تماما وتم تغيير القاطع اكثر من مرة وكدت أخسر التكييف الجديد.
التكييفات لغرفة موبايلي فوق المبنى مزعجة جدا وصوتها رهيب.

The building has three communication towers from Mobily and others. Very dangerous to health, forcing us to transport them. As the company did not install protection devices from the threat of towers. Bathrooms and kitchens are spacious, but the prices are more expensive compared to the accommodation. The residence was not maintained even once while we were in it and when repairing, everything we paid for repairs was not paid, so we did not repeat it. Electricity needs radical maintenance, i.e. changing the entire connection from the street to the inner rooms, where there are 110 and 220, and I burnt two washing machines, a refrigerator and a kettle, and most of them were new except for the refrigerator. The current is completely unstable, the circuit breaker has been changed more than once, and I almost lost the new air conditioner.
Air-conditioning for Mobily's room above the building is very noisy and sounds terrible.
